Cancellation Policies

North Devon Hotels

Full payment for the Christmas Carverys need to be received by 13th November with final numbers, after this there would be no refund.

In the event of cancelling your holiday, we must receive notification in writing. Cancellation charges will be notified to you by invoice. We regret that we are unable to make any exceptions.

This booking will be held, guaranteed for your arrival up until midnight, providing it has been acknowledged in writing and or a credit card number or cheque is held as deposit.

Without the above the room will be released for released for resale at 1800hrs.

The booking may be cancelled without penalties up to 24hours prior to your arrival.

Non arrivals that do not meet the above conditions will be charged for a minimum of one night, at the current room only rate.

The Brend Hotels Cancellation Scheme is NOT available for this period. In the event of possible cancellation we strongly advise that you take out a separate insurance policy.

Following an increased number of Christmas and New Year holiday cancellations, cancellation charges will apply. Should you wish to cancel your holiday, we must receive notification in writing. Cancellation charges will be calculated as shown and will be notified to you by invoice. We regret we are unable to make any exceptions.

In the event of possible cancellation we strongly advise that you take out a private insurance policy. To secure your booking for next year, please book at Reception before departure, as accommodation will not automatically be booked on your behalf.

South Devon Hotels

Following an increasing number of Christmas and New Year cancellations, cancellation charges will apply. Should you wish to cancel your holiday, we must receive notification in writing.

In the unfortunate event of your Christmas Party having to be cancelled or guests attending cancelling, the hotel will adhere to the following terms regarding monies paid.

Cancellation

6 or more weeks prior to the confirmed date: Refund less the deposit.

2-6 weeks prior to the confirmed date: A Credit Note will be issued less the deposit paid.

Less than 1 week prior to the confirmed date: No Refund or Credit Note will be issued, unless under exceptional circumstances.

Should you need to cancel your holiday, we require notification in writing. The appropriate cancellation charges will then be forwarded to you by invoice.
