After Dinner
Sit back and relax to some mellow sounds in our Terrace Lounge with our Resident DJ Roger Lee.

Please book your Festive Christmas Lunch time with Reception on arrival.

Morning movie in the Saunton Suite for the over 8s (unsupervised).

4.30pm
To get the children into the spirit of Christmas, there is fun and games at their very own Children’s Fancy Dress Christmas Tea Party in the Terrace Lounge with Spangles the Clown and the Roger Lee Disco.

7.00pm
You are invited to join the management for our Champagne and Canapé reception to meet friends old and new, while listening to the mellow sounds of our Harpist, Elizabeth Jane Baldry, in the Saunton Suite.

After Dinner
Relax this evening with a special night of entertainment. Later in the evening, traditional Mince Pies and a Warming Punch will be served to see in Christmas Day.

A superb Christmas Luncheon is being served for you to enjoy. Please ensure that you have booked your dining time with the Restaurant Manager on arrival.

3.15pm
Father Christmas arrives specially for the children, laden with gifts for all. If you have room to spare, Tea and Christmas cake will be available in the Lounge area.

After Dinner
After a long exciting day, relax in the Terrace Lounge with the spectacular 2009 Christmas quiz with Roger Lee.

11.00am
Our annual Charity Walk along the beach. Anyone wishing to take part please meet on the front Terrace. For every room taking part the hotel will donate £10.00 to Charity.

After the morning’s events we will be serving hot filled baguettes with a choice of freshly carved meats in the Terrace Lounge. This will be served instead of the Terrace Lounge menu; however, sandwiches will still be available.

5.00pm
A Children’s Tea Party will be taking place in the Saunton Suite. Afterwards Merlin and the children show the adults what they have learnt in their circus show.

7.00pm
Movie night in the Saunton Suite for the over 8s (unsupervised). Black Tie Gala Dinner in Hotel Restaurant. Harpist Sue Sherratt will play through dinner.

After Dinner
We have the Martyn Lucas Vegas Show in the Terrace Lounge followed by late night Disco with Roger Lee.

10.30am
Morning movie in the Saunton Suite for the over 8s (unsupervised).

12.00pm
Places are available on a first come first served basis to see the magical pantomime Cinderella at Barnstaple’s Queens Theatre. Seats can be booked through reception. Transport is supplied and the afternoon is fully supervised.

3.00pm
Festive cash Bingo in the Terrace Lounge.

6.00pm
Captain Coconut entertains the children in the Saunton Suite.

After Dinner
All the excitement of Christmas Casino Night in the Terrace Lounge.

Family Putting Competition. Please meet out on the Putting Green.

The Putting Green is the venue for this afternoon’s Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting.

We have the very talented comedian Cosmo and resident DJ in the Terrace Lounge.

Family Table Tennis Competition. Please meet on the Upper Concourse.

The very best Falconry experience with one of UK’s top professional Falconers Jonathan Marshall.

Children are entertained this evening by Crackerbox.

After Dinner
Night of Comedy with Jimmy Quinn in the Terrace Lounge followed by late night Karaoke in the Saunton Suite.

4.30pm
To get the children into the spirit of New Year’s Eve, there is fun and games at their very own Children’s New Year Tea Party with Captain Coconut and the Roger Lee Disco in the Terrace Lounge.

7.00pm - 10.30pm
Children are entertained in the Playroom (supervised).

7.00pm
The Management invite you to our Champagne Reception prior to the Gala Dinner being served in the Lower Foyer. Harpist Sue Sherratt will play through dinner. Black Tie.

After Dinner
To see in the New Year, we have musical entertainment with Geneva and Roger Lee until the very early hours of the morning.
